Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration:
Every Product & Release Date
Fifteen product lines. Five release waves. One historic anniversary. Here's the complete buying guide to every 30th Celebration product — from the entry-level Knock Out Collection to the flagship Ultra Premium Collections — with confirmed contents and release dates.
The Release Calendar at a Glance
The Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration set launches worldwide on September 16, 2026 — the first simultaneous global release in Pokémon TCG history. But not everything arrives on day one. The Pokémon Company has split the full product lineup into five release waves running from September through early December, with the most premium products deliberately saved for the holiday season.
Every booster pack in this set contains five foil cards plus one foil Basic Energy — with one of 30 unique Pikachu cards guaranteed in every pack. Because this is a special set, packs are only available inside these products; they will never be sold individually. That makes understanding the product lineup essential: it's the only way to get packs at all.
💰 Value tip up front: The Booster Bundle has the lowest cost per pack of any product in the lineup, while the Binder Collection carries the highest. If you're buying purely for packs, the Booster Bundle (October 2) is the best value in the entire 30th Celebration lineup.
🦅 Poster Collection
The Kanto legendary birds return! Includes 3 foil promo cards featuring Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, 3 booster packs, and a massive two-sided 27"×39" poster showcasing over 160 cards from the set.
🥊 Knock Out Collection
The most affordable entry into the set. Includes 2 booster packs, a foil Eevee promo card (featuring the 30th anniversary stamp), and a commemorative coin with the 30th Anniversary logo.
⚡ 2-Pack Blister
Identical contents to the Knock Out Collection in classic blister packaging — 2 booster packs, the foil Eevee promo (116/128), and the commemorative 30th coin. Perfect for grab-and-go retail shelves and stocking stuffers.

📦 Booster Bundle
6 booster packs — no promos, no accessories, just pure packs. This is the single best cost-per-pack value in the entire 30th Celebration lineup. Expect these to be the most heavily hunted restock item of the fall.
📔 Binder Collection
A commemorative 9-pocket portfolio featuring the golden 30th Celebration design — plus 5 booster packs. The perfect home for your 30-Pikachu collection as you assemble it, and a natural display piece for the anniversary.
🥫 Day & Night Mini Tins
Five tin designs (ten artworks total) split between day and night themes, each with 2 booster packs, a sticker sheet, and an art card matching the tin. Hidden detail: the Unown on each tin combine to spell out "ANNIVERSARY" when the full artwork is assembled — a genuine collector challenge.
The 30th Celebration Battle Decks arrive October 30, led by Espeon ex and Umbreon ex — matching the set's signature Day & Night theme. Each is a complete, all-foil 60-card deck ready to play out of the box, headlined by its Pokémon ex. These contain no booster packs, making them the pure gameplay entry point into the anniversary celebration.
🌗 The Day & Night theme continues: Espeon and Umbreon anchor the entire 30th Celebration product identity — from these Battle Decks to the Ultra Premium Collections to the Mini Tin artwork. If you're an Eeveelution collector, this is your set.
🧬 Mewtwo & Mew Figure Collections
Sold separately, each Figure Collection includes 5 booster packs, a foil promo card, an oversize card, and a sculpted figure of Mewtwo or Mew. With Mewtwo ex and Mew ex holding the set's Futuristic Rare crown, these two boxes tie directly into the most chased cards of the entire expansion.

Smart Buying Strategy
Preorder Wave 1 Immediately
Preorders are expected to open through July–August 2026, with Pokémon Center first. Based on the 25th Anniversary, launch-day products will sell out within minutes of preorders opening. Don't wait for September.
Booster Bundles for Pure Pack Value
Pack for pack, the October 2 Booster Bundle beats every other product on cost. If your goal is opening maximum packs for the 30 Pikachu chase, stack bundles.
UPCs Are the Long-Term Hold
The Ultra Premium Collections are the only guaranteed source of Classic Collection packs. The 25th Anniversary UPC tripled in value — these are positioned to follow.
Complete the Mini Tin Puzzle
All 10 Mini Tin artworks combine into two full day/night scenes — with hidden Unown spelling "ANNIVERSARY." Complete tin sets will carry a collector premium down the road.
Budget Across the Waves
The lineup spans three full months of releases. Plan your budget by wave: essentials in September, value in October, premium in November.
December Tins = Last Call
The Sylveon/Greninja ex Tins on December 4 are the final wave. After that, sealed 30th Celebration product only gets harder to find at retail prices.
